Photoshop or any other image editor could be used, with a little extra work, to produce the fake flight tickets. They lack a PNR code and cannot be verified on the airline website. There is a considerable risk involved in using a fake flight ticket as identification or even while applying for a visa because they are easy to spot. To pass immigration control or file for a visa, you must purchase a fake ticket with a verified PNR. For roughly INR 350, or $5, you could purchase a dummy ticket in 10 minutes.
